Reviews
“Kiley has been consistently excellent throughout the whole development lifecycle. She has been able to mix her code output with supporting the stakeholders resulting in making the whole team more effective and the stakeholders to feel supported by the technical team. During her time working for me we requested that she take on the additional responsibility for Scrum Master, that she has learned and been responsible for over and above her other responsibilities. Personally, Kiley is extremely well rounded and is superb at understanding peoples priorities and concerns.”

“Working with Kiley was such a pleasant experience. I told her my vision and she translated that into a well-designed and functional website that I feel confident sending clients to. Not only is Kiley knowledgeable, but she has a personality that is contagious and you feel less like you're ‘working’ and more like you're hanging out with a friend.”

“Kiley is truly one of the finest UI/UX minds I have ever worked with. I was her BA on the On Demand Reporting project at Interactive Health. As a BA, I am typically responsible for the UI/UX but was delighted to learn that this was a dedicated role at IH. I quickly found out that Kiley had the innate ability to create remarkably effective UIs that allowed the product’s users to easily navigate its features with a minimal amount of training. To make her task more complicated, the product was used by internal and external users who had different needs and skillsets and her designs met both constituencies needs.
On the infrequent occasions where I was unsure of the efficacy of her designs, she displayed extraordinary ability to clearly explain the thought process behind them and easily convince me of the correctness of her design. On those infrequent occasions when she was initially unsure of the best way to deliver a good user experience, through her knowledge of best design practices she would quickly deliver a quality design. On the even more infrequent occasions when she coudn’t counter the issues I raised, rather than stubbornly sticking to her design, she would accept counsel and use it to improve the design. Our Designer-BA relationship quickly got to the point where I did not have to waste any time and energy specifying the UI as she understood what was necessary with a minimal amount of instruction.”

“I wanted to take a minute to thank Kiley for the excellent job she did in developing our website. To say the least, we were lost when it came to our web presence. After a couple of false starts on our own, we were introduced to Kiley who came to our rescue. She first straightened out our domain name issues which somehow we messed up. Before she touched her magic keyboard, she listened to what we wanted and helped us focus on the key elements that are essential for our business. At first, we needed just a placeholder without much content. As we got closer to our opening date, she fleshed out the site with beautiful detail and thoughtful content. She set up email forwarding from the site and made sure everything worked.
Because of the global pandemic, we needed to adjust the site several times to update our service hours and messaging for the Covid-19 related closings and re-opening procedures. Kiley responded quickly and efficiently to each of our changes. We highly recommend her for any web development needs you might have.”
